Description
The Claude Monet Suite is a 30 m² vacation apartment for two on the first floor, with a dining area in the bay window and views of the park and coastal forest. In the afternoon, the sun shines through the trees here – fitting for Monet.
“I want to paint the way a bird sings.” Claude Monet
The art of Claude Monet (1840–1926) is the epitome of Impressionism. Monet loved nature, the sea and above all the blossoming garden he designed himself in Giverny, with its Japanese bridges and ponds full of water lilies. Throughout his long life as a painter, he tirelessly sought ways to capture the changing nature of light and color in many atmospheric variations and at different times of day.
You, too, can live like Monet at the Hubertus beach villa, surrounded by a lush green garden that blooms in vibrant colors depending on the season. In this charming suite with a dining area in the bay window, you can follow the sun’s play of light between the trees from midday until sunset. Find your favorite spot in the secluded park, on the cozy, stylish seating with its imaginative floral patterns in your home away from home … or on the beach, just a few steps away.
“The artist’s task is to represent what is between the object and the artist, namely the beauty of the atmosphere.” Claude Monet
